About
Registered Social Worker | Youth Mental Health | Indigenous-Informed Practice | Family Systems
I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with the Canadian Board of Registered Social Workers and a graduate of Vancouver Island University. I work with children, youth, Adults and families using a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach that centres safety, respect, and connection.
My practice focuses on mental health, Indigenous-informed ways of knowing, and family systems. I support individuals navigating Depression, anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and intergenerational experiences. At the heart of my work is creating safe, welcoming spaces where people feel seen, heard, and honoured in their lived experiences and personal stories.

I use strength-based, client-centred, and community-informed approaches, recognizing that healing happens through relationship, trust, and empowerment. My work is informed by relational, culturally responsive, and holistic understandings of healing and well-being, with an emphasis on the importance of land, language, relationships, and relational learning in overall wellness.
Whether I am providing therapeutic support, advocacy, or crisis intervention, I approach my work with compassion, insight, and professionalism. I am committed to walking alongside people and families with empathy and integrity, supporting them as they build resilience, reconnect with their strengths, and reclaim their voice and well-being.
